The functions of the Personnel Committee include but are not limited to review of (1) matters affecting employer and employee relations; (2) changes or amendments to the MOU between the District and its employees; and (3) issues regarding employee benefits, including retirement and health benefits.

Sanitary District No. 5 of Marin County is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
